Job Description:
We’re seeking curious, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on agency experience managing clients, helping to create campaigns, and working closely with the digital team. You should be data-driven, an excellent communicator, highly organized, and adept at managing time effectively. This position reports directly to the Director of Digital Marketing and offers the opportunity for long-term growth within our company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project / Account Management
- Serve as the point of contact for specific client accounts
- Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
- Build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal and external departments to execute campaigns
Content Marketing
- Develop content and editorial calendars for social media and email campaigns
- Draft, publish, and monitor content on social media channels
- Interact with individuals who comment or message
- Set up and test targeted ads on social channels for campaigns
- Analyze performance and garner insights for social media posts and campaigns
Email Marketing
- Schedule emails to lists – test subject lines, times, creative when applicable
- Work with the creative team on design, content, and messaging
- Analyze performance and create recommendations
Branding / Strategy
- Ensure all client creative is consistent, on-brand, uses calls-to-actions, etc.
- Proofread all marketing creative before sending to clients
- Contribute ideas during our creative brainstorming and strategy sessions
Proposal Writing
- Maintain a repository of templates and proposal content for future use
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and client challenges
- Manage proposal timelines, ensuring timely submissions
- Perform quality control checks on proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 6 years experience
- Marketing background
- Robust creativity, ability to come up with fresh new ideas
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Natural ability to multitask
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- General curiosity and penchant for learning
